Article 92 of the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia: Right to Fair Legal Proceedings

More than 90 Constitutional Court rulings adopted by 21 February 2019 have been used in the preparation of the book. This is the most complete and extensive edition published in Latvia, dedicated to the content of the right to fair courts. It contains a transparent and logically organised catalogue of principles and rights contained in Article 92 of the Constitution.

This series of publications of the Constitutional Court is a new court initiative for informing and educating the public.
